Performance
Meiwang super construction adhesive (also called hardener)
is characteristic of quick solidification at room temperature
(25¢J),good durability and aging resistance. Meiwang adhesive
can be widely used to bond and anchor metal threaded studs
into base materials (e.g.concrete, rock, stone, clay brick)
as well as other building units.
Components: A is cement, B is hardener.
Applications: Reinforce concrete, fix foundation of
machinery and bond stone materials with epoxy adhesive
Packing specifications: 2Kg, 8Kg, 20Kg
Formula calculating the amount of cement:
Amount of cement per drill hole(g)=(net cross section of drill
hole cm2 - cross section of threaded stud's rod cm2) ¡Ñ depth
of drill hole(cm) ¡Ñ density of cement¡Ñ 1.15
Usage
- Drill:drill hole with a percussion drill to required
and depth in design
- Clean:blow off dust from hole with compressed air.
- Mix:mix components A and B at ration of A/B=100/3
- Fill:fill mixture into hole while discharge air from
hole
- Harden:Insert metal anchor until it contacts the bottom
of the hole, remove any excess mixture from the mouth of
hole and make it smooth.
- Increase amount of component B in low temperature while
decrease B in high temperature, so as to adapt to the actual
construction season.
Notes:
- Store in a cool ventilated warehouse, and keep from light,
heat and open flane.
- Mixture shall be used within 20 minutes after mixing.
Do not try to apply when mixture hardens.
- If there is precipitation during storage, the whole cement
in the can should be fully mixed before it applies. Fail
to do that, mixture will be present out of proportion and
fail to meet requirements.
Shelf Life: One year in an unopened container in the
cool place.
