Performance
- Chemical capsule with 2 components:vinyl methacrylic
eater resin, quartz grain+hardener
- Styrene-free, safe for use
- Enclosed glass capsule, easy to visually observe quality
of solvents; pulverized glass used as fine aggregates-arenaceous
sand
- Good resistance to acids and alkalines, anti-ageiing
and heat-resistant, fireproof and low temperature sensitivity
- Good affinity for concrete, equivalent to effect of embedded
inserts
Application Benefits
- No expansion forces on base materials,suitable for heavy-duty

- Small spacing and edge distance for installation
- Fast and easy installation, quick solidification, without
affecting the construction schedule
- Wide construction temperature from -5 degree C to +40
degree C
Usage
- Select appropriate sizes of anchor and capsules according
to design requirements
- Choose capsules and anchors according to selected ones
based on installation data sheet
- Insert a capsule into a cleaned drill hole
- A mixing tool(impact drill or hammer drill at a speed
of L640-750rpm) is used to drive a threaded stud rotated
and push it at a constant speed until the stud contacts
bottom of the hole within 10 seconds(¡Óseconds)
- Remove mixing tool; do not move or shake the stud until
bearing a load
